Issue Position

I come from a family with a proud military legacy, and I understand that having robust armed forces is vital for the well-being of our nation. Ronald Reagan said it best: "Peace through strength." We must support our courageous service men and women both at home and abroad, secure our border, and maintain a strong national defense. We also must continue to reform the VA and ensure our veterans have the highest level of medical care, as they have earned it. It is shameful that our federal government has neglected the medical needs of our finest and bravest citizens who have sacrificed so much already.
